Space for Creativity
For the past decade, artists of all kinds have helped clarify and express the complex challenges we face as well as the visions we build as communities. From videos to sculptures to songs – art has been at the core of our work to make sense of and reshape reality. Now that we have secured land under community ownership, we are proud to provide work space to support the creativity and development of local artists and craftspeople. The amazing youth led Baltimore Broken Glass has quickly grown out of this community owned space and shows us what happens when we provide a little subsidy and share the tools of production.
If you want to get involved as an artist to help build the local movement – we want to hear from you! Reach out to us at mysbclt@gmail.com or fill out the volunteer form here on our site.
